Impact of selected variables on pain in COPD patients As shown in Table 4 , based on the results of the logistic regression analysis, after adjusting for the number of comorbidities (OR = 0.28; P = 0.026), greater breathlessness measured by the SGRQ symptom score (OR = 1.03; P = 0.003) was significantly associated with pain, while lung function (OR = 1.03; P = 0.052) was nearly significant.
