Serum CHT levels showed moderately significant correlations with the microbiological and radiological scores of active PTB patients (r=0.449, P =0.003 and r=0.439, P =0.004, respectively; Figs. 2 and 3 ), whereas CHT levels showed a weak correlation with radiological sequela scores at the end of the treatment (r=0.337, P =0.029; Fig. 4 ).
