When Foxp3 values were normalized to the level of T cell infiltration, as indicated by CD3γ expression, there was some indication that a higher proportion of T cells expressed the Treg associated gene in the two models with the higher frequency of donor specific T cells, but there was still a high degree of variation between different individuals in the TCR transgenic group at this time point, particularly in the CD3γ content, which therefore failed to reach statistical significance.
