By the univariate analysis for relapse, PCR-negativity at HSCT (HR=4.82 (95% CI, 1.20–19.4); P =0.027) and peripheral blood as a stem-cell source (HR=5.53 (95% CI, 1.06–29.0); P =0.043) were associated with a lower relapse rate, but they did not reach statistical significance by the multivariate analysis (HR=7.34 (95% CI, 0.54–99.4); P =0.134 and HR=4.92 (95% CI, 0.17–144.0); P =0.355, respectively) ( Table 3 ).
