PMK-1 is also required for the RPW-24-mediated induction of clec-67 and C32H11.1 (defined as the fold difference in gene expression in the presence and absence of RPW-24 in wild-type or pmk-1(km25) mutant animals), and perhaps F49F1.6 and mtl-1 , although the differences in induction of these later two genes did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 4B ).
