Based on adjusted p-values, Fusobacteria were significantly decreased in IBD dogs (p = 0.01), while the decrease in Firmicutes (p = 0.095) and Bacteroidetes (p = 0.057), and the increase in Proteobacteria (p = 0.071) did not reach statistical significance.
