The median overall survival was higher in the CA4P arm but did not reach statistical significance (5.2 versus 4.0 months; HR 0.65; 95% CI: 0.38–1.10); 27% of patients were alive at 1 year in the arm that received the experimental therapy compared to 9% in the standard treatment arm.
