When blood pressure was analyzed in mIGF-1 Tg; SIRT1 CKO mice, DBP showed a trend of increase compared to WT, although this was not significant and was to a lesser extent when compared to mIGF-1 Tg mice (Fig. 5 ); SBP on the other hand was found restored to WT level in mIGF-1 Tg; SIRT CKO mice (Fig. 5 ).
