In keeping with that, although in our study reduction of blood pressure following 12-month adalimumab therapy did not reach statistical significance, it is remarkable to see that both the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure were reduced in adalimumab-treated patients when compared with baseline results of blood pressure obtained at the onset of this biologic therapy.
