The sentences

Specifically, we measured a trend for the LN-homing selectin CD62L to be present on a higher proportion of CD4 + T cells from pik3cg −/− mice than WT (although this did not reach statistical significance), while the selectin PSGL-1 and integrin CD49b (VLA-4) were expressed on lower proportions of CD4 + T cells in pik3cg −/− mice than WT ( Figure 2D ), indicative of reduced CD4 + T cell activation in these mice.
