Our statistical analyses reveal that the percentage of 22-23 nt RNAs arising from the locus significantly increases in wild-type cut sample compared to the uncut one and that Dicer inactivation significantly reduces it ( Figure S23a,b ); the decrease in Drosha-inactivated cells did not reach statistical significance.
