Among excited cells, there was a trend toward a greater 5-HT response with PPR, as seen by the significantly larger increase in input resistance (Figure 3C ) and nearly significant larger increase in firing rate (Figure 3B ) and holding current (Figure 3D ), and hyperpolarization of threshold (Figure 4F ), in PP cells.
