Experiencing a therapeutic response was more common among rheumatoid factor (RF)-positive cases as compared with RF-negative cases (OR 2.38, 1.05 to 5.39, p=0.038), and in the RF-positive group, response rates remained significantly different across FCGR3A genotype (p=0.004), but did not reach statistical significance among RF-negative cases (p=0.056).
