A statistical trend was observed between the patients' age in the TR group and the postoperative functional outcomes; however, the size of the tumor, the duration of symptoms, the incidence of recurrence, the number of operations, and presence of syrinx did not affect the postoperative functional outcomes ( Table 6 ).

The sentences
In our experience, VHL disease showed a trend in which the preoperative neurological status was not correlated with the surgical outcome, unlike sporadic spinal hemangioblastoma in the TR group.
