Only 2 mAb, one of which had strong antithrombin binding (IS4VHi&ii/B3VL) and the other of which had no antithrombin binding (IS4VH/B3VL), displayed weak binding to FVIIa, which failed to reach statistical significance compared with control IgG ( Table 2 and Figure 1A ).
