Results from neuropsychological assessment by TEMPS-A, RISC and Ekman 60 Faces tests were also analysed PCS morphology. Results: Morphological differences between high-risk and healthy control subjects included: statistically significant greater incidence of a continuous left PCS in high-risk subjects; a trend approaching significance for greater incidence of PCS in high-risk subjects across hemispheres; qualitative differences between groups in patterns of PCS asymmetry.
