Compared to women who were PR/DR born, women who had grandparents born in PR/DR were almost two times more likely to exceed the IOM guidelines (OR=1.9, 95% CI 1.0-3.9) adjusting for age, parity, gestational age and prepregnancy weight, this was of marginal significance (Table 4 ).
