Moreover, the (E)CpG4 unit 3′ of this epigenetic boundary showed the greatest overlap in methylation values between the controls and PM ranges in males, with intergroup comparison showing a decrease in methylation of marginal significance in the PM group compared with the male controls ( p = 0.047).
Additionally, findings of marginal significance and trends of significance in the average TRT variance between early- and mid-season cohorts ( P = 0.0476) and early- and late-season cohorts ( P = 0.0554) support further investigation into the influence of season on the variation in ATP-induced retinal degeneration in 13-LGS.
Prior neurological insults The ipsilateral piriform cortex did not show an effect and the contralateral piriform cortex showed a decrease in volume of marginal significance (r = −0.356, p = 0.05) ( Supplementary Fig. 3a -d, Supplementary Table 3 ).
This was however of marginal significance (Fisher’s exact: P = 0.05).

Furthermore, the IVW method suggested a potential negative association of marginal significance between GLCA and obesity (odds ratio = 0.94; 95% CI: 0.88, 1.00; P = .05) (Fig. 1 ; Table S3, Supplemental Digital Content, http://links.lww.com/MD/M912 ), and same association direction was observed using the MR-Egger and weighted median methods (Table S3, Supplemental Digital Content, http://links.lww.com/MD/M912 and Table S4, Supplemental Digital Content, http://links.lww.com/MD/M913 ).
After stratification by participants, the association was significant in studies focusing only on stroke patients (7 studies, OR 2.4, 95% CI 1.7 to 3.5, p < 0.001, I(2) = 10%), and of marginal significance in broader populations (7 studies, OR 1.6, 95% CI 1.0 to 2.7, p = 0.05, I(2) = 87%).
Separate multivariable analyses were performed by treatment given an interaction of marginal significance (p = 0.053) for sarcopenia by treatment (S3 Table in S1 File ).

In contrast, the pattern for women was not clear.[ 22 ] Data from 8213 participants showed a statistically significant direct association between BMI and the odds of non-advanced adenomas ( P < 0.001) and proximal neoplasia ( P < 0.001), while the relation for advanced adenomas was of marginal significance ( P < 0.07) and no relation for distal neoplasia ( P < 0.85).[ 23 ] Individuals younger than 50, eating a balanced diet and BMI <25 Kg/m 2 with no metabolic condition are at a 15% lower risk of CRC.[ 24 ] In a Canadian study, alcohol was associated with a higher risk of CRC (OR: 2.2; 95% CI: 1.2–4.0) among obese participants (BMI ≥30) relative to the non-alcohol obese.
The result of the regression of lexicality effect showed that EWR significantly positively predicted the size of lexicality effect, Β = −0.24, 95% CI , − 0.43– − 0.04, p < .05, while age showed a negative prediction, although at the level of marginal significance, Β = 0.17, 95% CI , − 0.01 – 0.37, p = .07.
A medium-size main group effect existed on a level of marginal significance ( F (1, 45) = 3.42, p = 0.07, η 2 p = 0.07), suggesting an overall lower level of everyday stress in the VSD group (see Figure 2 b).

An association of marginal significance was also evident in Kaplan–Meier survival curves with MB (p = 0.084, Fig. 1 c) but not thrombosis (Fig. 1 d, p = 0.344).
Regarding the specific symptoms of RQLQ, total pollen counts were positively correlated with a practical problem (r = 0.585, p = 0.046) and activity (r = 0.635, p = 0.026) and negatively correlated with emotion (r = -0.593, p = 0.042); correlations of marginal significance were observed with sleep (r = -0.516, p = 0.086), nasal (r = 0.545, p = 0.067), and eye symptoms (r = 0.538, p = 0.071).
A similar trend was observed for Hispanic participants, although only of marginal significance (RRR = 1.25, p = 0.09).

Results were generally consistent with one exception: when included in a model without other proxies for marginalization, the DSH percentile became statistically significant at conventional thresholds RR = 0.86, RR = 0.78–0.93 rather than of marginal significance in our primary results (RR = 0.90, RR = 0.81–1.00).

These factors that affect the duration of surgery could also influence the outcome or the development of postoperative complications and thus the data concerning the effect of the duration of surgery itself on the outcome may be of marginal significance [ 4 ].
Intriguingly, while of marginal significance, one study demonstrated that patients with clinically refractive leukemia tended to have higher rates of amino acid-altering mutations 34 .
