While the number of IFNγ-producing cells increased slightly in the untreated versus treated mice in response to OVA re-stimulation, this did not reach statistical significance (immunized during treatment = 368±49 vs immunized untreated = 462±16 spots, n = 3, p = 0.06), indicating that, despite pld-mATG+CTLA4-Ig treatment, the mice remained capable of a nominal antigen recall response.
