As to the expression of NK cell-surface markers, the percentage of peripheral blood CD56 + cells was slightly decreased following 30 min of collagenase digestion (12.08 versus 16.45%), however, the difference did not reach statistical significance ( F = 1.29, p = 0.3) (Figure 2 B, open circles).
