The increase of Firmicutes and Actinobacteria as well as the decrease of Proteobacteria between t1 and t2 in the intervention group was significant in the paired Student's T-Test (0.027, 0.014 and 0.041 respectively), while the decrease in the fraction of Bacteroidetes did not reach statistical significance (0.109).
