The improvement in disability experienced by the obese group was highly significant (p ≤ 0.001), while that in the quality of life was moderately significant (EQ-5D p = 0.003; EQ-VAS p = 0.002), with improvement rates of 8.74 (on a scale of 0 to 24), 0.02 (on a scale of 0 to 1) and 24.75 (on a scale of 0 to 100), respectively (Table 2 ).
