When the duration of aspirin use was divided into two subgroups (<5 years and ≥5 years), we observed a suggestive trend of decreasing risk of gastric cancer associated with increasing duration of aspirin use (RR = 0.95, 95% CI 0.76–1.14, for <5 years; RR = .67, 95% CI 0.56–0.79, for ≥5 years; Figure S2 ).
