By means of repeated imaging acquisition, the study showed a trend towards greater vessel-patency rate at day 3 in patients that received ATT before 24 h of thrombolysis, despite that the anatomical location of the occluded vessels at onset was comparable with the occlusions identified in patients that received ATT beyond 24 h.
