It is important to note, however, that these reductions in inequities of coverage have levelled out between 2005 and 2010. Although absolute gaps in coverage between highest and lowest wealth quintiles (21%) and highest and lowest education levels (24.7%) in particular are still highly significant, the narrowing of the wealth gaps between 2000 and 2005 demonstrated an important trend ( Hong 2010 ).
