5 Grade III–IV hematological toxicity was higher in our study in the FEC-100 arm, but did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.72), coinciding with the data from TACT not reaching statistical significance, 5 though grade III–IV hematological toxicity was statistically higher ( P = 0.008) in the FEC-100 arm in the PACS trial, 6 possibly due to their larger sample size.
