Pretreatment (-60 min) with NGD 9002 (3, 10 and 30 mg/kg, og, n = 8 for each dose) induced a trend to reduce ip-CRF stimulated FPO which did not reach statistical significance (2.0±1.0 and 1.1±0.9 pellet/60 min at 10 and 30 mg/kg, respectively; 8/group, p = >0.05, Fig. 4A ).
