A clear trend of decreasing fluorescence intensity accompanied by blue shift for both peaks ‘1’ and ‘2’ of HSA was noticed with increasing PS/HSA molar ratios ( Table 2 ); suggestive of significant conformational alteration in HSA involving both secondary and tertiary structures upon specific interaction with PS.
