Our findings showed that [1] knee and hip joints exhibited a trend for an increase and decrease in flexion angles at initial contact, respectively, [2] ankle and hip joints showed a trend for an increase in dorsiflexion and decrease in flexion angles at peak during landing, respectively, and [3] an increase in mechanical demand of plantarflexor moment from forward to lateral direction of jump-landing was noted.
