Comparison between Palm Sweating Area Score in the Botox- and Dysport-Treated Palms at Different Follow-Up Visits Minor-iodine starch test revealed a highly significant reduction in the PSA score in all patients, after injection of both preparations during the follow-up visits (at 3 weeks, 8 weeks, 13 weeks, 6 and 8 months), compared to PSA 0 score at baseline, ( P value = 0.0001) (Tables 1 and 2 ).
