In contrast DAOY, C6 and GB-1 showed a broadly dose-dependent significant (F 2,9 = 10.35, p = 0.005; F 2,9 = 4.26, p = 0.05; and F 2,9 = 6.24, p = 0.02 respectively) increase in the proportion of cells in S-phase, with a slight accompanying increase of DAOY sub-G0/1 cells observed at the higher RHPS4 concentration (5 μM), although the latter did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 2 ).
