The IVT group showed a significant CMT reduction compared to PRP alone at both one and two months after treatment ( P = 0.002 and P = 0.032, resp.), and although there were no statistical differences at six months ( P = 0.11), the confidence intervals showed a tendency towards significance (CI:−15.2; +133.58).
