Tsc2 gene expression showed a trend of decreased expression in both Tsc2 +/− and Fmr1 -KO mice as compared to WT mice that did not reach significance (average fold change 1.12 and 1.31 downregulation, Welch’s t -test p -value 0.55 and 0.27, respectively).
