Between 12.5 and 17.5 dpc the peak-A wave of the developing MV annulus increased significantly (0.33 ± 0.001 m/s versus 0.42 ± 0.014 m/s; P < 0.0001) whereas that of the TV also showed an increasing trend, albeit not significant (0.37 ± 0.018 m/s versus 0.41 ± 0.019 m/s; P = NS).
