In mice treated with SOCS3-siRNA, a 2.7-fold reduction in HU was obtained (178.75±60.813 HU), although these differences did not reach statistical significance ( Fig 2B , panel 4). 3D FMT imaging in multiple animals ( Fig. 2C ) displays a similar pattern and extension of fluorescence signal in OVA and OVA siNT-treated mice.
