Analysis of cells with a natural Treg cell phenotype (CD4 + CD25 + FoxP3 + ) in these 8 patients revealed less variability (median=2.42; range, 1.91%–3.46% of total PBMCs); however, there was a slight trend toward increasing percentages of natural Treg cell after 1 series of therapy (median=3.05; P =0.078), although these results did not reach statistical significance ( Fig. 3 ).
