Injection of AAV2.sIL17R resulted in sIL17R protein expression, no change in retinal Il17a transcripts, and a near-significant reduction in Il6 ( Figure S1C–E ), supporting sIL17R expression in AAV2.sIL17R- but not in AAV2.EV-treated eyes.
