We observed that IFN γ (Log-rank trend p = 0.023), L1 (Log-rank p = 0.027), antigen processing and presentation (Log-rank p = 0.145), and apoptosis (Log-rank trend p = 0.034) pathways significantly correlated or showed a trend to correlate with prognosis of TNBC patients, where higher expression of these pathways went hand-in-hand with a favorable 5-year metastasis-free survival ( Fig. 5 ).
