Longitudinal Volumetric Imaging Results In the subset of middle-aged animals (7 Tg and 3 controls) that were re-imaged approximately 6 months after initial imaging, we found reductions in brain volume in the Tg rats but those reductions did not reach statistical significance (TBV: p = 0.23, PV: p = 0.16).
