Bevacizumab weight-normalized clearance significantly decreases with increasing baseline albumin ( p < 0.0001), and appeared to be faster in patients with lower total protein levels, higher Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) scores, more metastatic sites, and poorer response ( Supplement Figures ), but these correlations did not reach statistical significance.
