Subgroup analysis revealed that the increase in frequencies of IL-17+CD4− T cells and IL-17+CD4+ T cells in the SF as compared to the PB was of similar magnitude between individuals with oligoarthritis ( P = 0.001 and P = 0.02, respectively) and those with polyarthritis ( P = 0.06 and P = 0.06, respectively), although the difference did not reach statistical significance in the polyarthritis group due to its small sample size (see Supplementary Figure 2 , available on the Arthritis & Rheumatology web site at http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/art.38376/abstract ).
