We conducted traditional ROI analyses at spatiotemporal sites where the permutation test showed a preponderance of highly significant differences (CA1, immediately following the stimulus), no significant differences (CA1, 20 ms after the stimulus), and moderately significant differences (CA3, immediately following the stimulus).
