The results for the subgroup of 13 patients with surgical remission and secondary corticotroph deficiency were similar to those found for all 17 patients, except for the increase in RV stroke volumes that did not reach statistical significance ( P = .13) when the four nonsurgically treated patients were excluded from the analysis.
