The correlation between GO and STOP in each case was highly significant (2-day, p<0.001, r 2 =0.62; 4-day, p<0.001, r 2 =0.57) with a negative slope (−0.40 and −0.46, respectively), indicating that the STOP pattern was, in general, opposite to the GO pattern and that the overall fold-difference magnitude was lower in STOP than in GO.
