There was a nominally significant increase in serum levels of PLGF in each cohort, except in cohort 4 ( P- values ranged from 0.03 to 0.12 across timepoints; Supplemental Data, Figure 2A ), which may be related to the limited number of available patient data ( n = 3) for that cohort.
