Levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-12, and tumor necrosis factor-α showed a trend toward increase in samples from Glut4 neuron–ablated mice, but were exceedingly low (i.e., threshold cycle values between 33 and 39), raising the question of whether they are pathophysiologically significant ( Supplementary Fig. 1 B – E ).

The sentences
We measured Npy/Agrp and Pomc mRNA in Glut4 neuron–ablated mice, but found only a nonsignificant trend toward increased Agrp/Npy ( Supplementary Fig. 2 G ), consistent with the limited colocalization.
