Similar associations were observed for detection of at least one IAS-USA 2013 MV resistant to NNRTIs alone [OR = 2.41 (95% CI 1.12–5.18), P = 0.024] or NRTIs alone [OR = 2.27 (95% CI 0.76–6.77), P = 0.140] (Table 2 ), although the latter did not reach statistical significance.
