The temporal changes in pegaptanib exposure for patients stratified into CRCL groups above and below the median value indicated that plasma pegaptanib concentrations showed a trend toward higher concentrations in patients with lower CRCL values ( Figure 2 ) in the groups receiving pegaptanib 1.0 mg and 3.0 mg doses per eye.
