Analogously, SL-TISA under pupillary constriction to room light measured 0.33 ± 0.14 mm 2 , decreasing by 0.05 ± 0.05 mm 2 ( P < 0.001) under physiologic mydriasis, whereas the change between the measurements under pharmacologic mydriasis compared to the baseline did not reach statistical significance (0.03 ± 0.08 mm 2 , P = 0.057).
