Previous studies showed that cellulose contained in straw usually finished decomposing just at the beginning of the straw returning [ 65 , 66 , 67 ] and the β-cellobiosidase activity showed a trend of rapidly increased activity and relatively stable activity at first, but tended to significantly decrease after 60 days of straw returning [ 65 ].
